Why Old Technology Felt More Futuristic

In the 1990s and 2000s, technology truly conveyed a sense of the future. Each new release seemed revolutionary, with different cell phones, physical buttons, lights, and eye-catching designs that made everything seem new.

Video games, computers, MP3 players, DVDs, and cell phones impressed not only with their function but also with their visual appeal. There was a feeling of discovery, as if tomorrow was arriving faster.

Today, technology is much more advanced and practical, but it has also become similar to itself. Most devices have become just a minimalist screen, leaving behind some of that charm of holding something truly different.
