Tower Inspection With a Drone

Drones are a safe and cost effective way to inspect tall fixed structures such as radio and TV towers, cell towers, flare stacks, and other fixed antennas. Sending an inspection technician up a radio tower is costly when compared to a drone. Drones can cover large areas quickly and certain models are impervious to the radio transmissions, even at 2000 watts in power. The video was shot with the DJI Mavic Pro in 4k resolution and down-sized to 3K for YouTube.
