While not the most exciting aspect of aerial video, drone roof inspections are key to getting high-resolution imagery of difficult-to-access locations. In this video Gunn Photography Services uses a DJI Mavic Pro to inspect the roof of a property before a complete renovation begins. The brick lintels above the windows on the 3rd floor were damaged due to rusted iron strips that expanded and pushed the brick away from the window.

Money was saved by using a drone for inspection instead of a cherry picker.
