Cooking The Impossible™ Burger w/ Matt Rodufker of Momofuku Ssäm Bar

Impossible Foods is partnering with chefs and restaurants to bring the Impossible™ Burger to mouths everywhere.

In the Summer of 2016 Impossible Foods partnered with Momofuku to launch The Impossible™ Burger. Chef Matt Rodufker and his team at Momofuku SSÄM BAR were inspired to use the Impossible™ Burger in a new way. The Spicy Impossible™ Rice Cake is a new take on one of SSÄM BAR's most beloved dishes.
