I don't live in a typical parkour environment so in my years of free running I've specialized in big drops and specific tricks&stunts. So haters usually comment that I have no flow, that my jumps aren't connected and that this isn't free running...bla bla bla

I believe that interpretation of free running is something every individual does a bit different. That's why it's evolving and spreading so fast cause everyone does his own thing. Don't ruin that!

Still, I gave it a shot to see if I can change my style and make a video with a bit more flow and I think I succeeded. I spend a lot of time everyday in my little gym where I train so I thought I'd make a video just jumping all around the place. Nothing special just trying to be creative and flowish =)
