How Much Home Can You Get For the money - $340,000 is the price point I used for 5 different cities in the United States? I took a home that I did a previous live stream for on 18140 Lake Harbor Ln in Prairieville Louisiana in Ascension Parish, that's currently listed for $340,000 with Villar and Co. Real Estate (Sandy Scallan is The Listing Agent) and then went on zillow.com to find homes that were priced around the same amount of money, Plymouth Massachusetts, my hometown, Pittsburg PA, New Orleans Louisiana, Chula Vista California, and Orlando Florida were my stopping places to show these currently listed homes. So how affordable is a home in the united states? Some areas, you will see are a lot more affordable than others. I always find it interesting when I see home costs in other areas. Many of my subscribers state how they could never get a home like I show them for the same cost as a home in Louisiana. But not all areas are the same and that's why it is so important to hire a professional local realtor when you are shopping for your next home.
