I started real estate investing in my 20s and by the time I was 30 it had changed my life and I believe real estate is still the American Dream for many people in this country. Many young adults are lost in life and know they want more out of it but do not know how to get there. Starting real estate investing in your 20s can be intimidating not knowing where to begin. In todays video I give young professionals a step by step guideline of what I did and how they can follow and what to do first. If you want to start investing in your 20s with no money like I did the best way is to start out wholesaling move into rehabbing then become financeable and transition into single family rentals to build passive income. I am not saying this is the only way but it is a good way and one of the safest paths to starting out real estate investing in your 20s.
