Low Cost House Buying Strategy

I want to make more videos for the newer investors with not a lot of capital out of pocket to start their business. Today I share a MLS house buying strategy that costs almost no time or money until the house is under contract. Houses come on the MLS everyday at the price needed to buy them at to make money. The problem is when the deal is a deal a ton offers go in to buy that house. Then usually it goes under what is called active option contract. During this time the buyer has the option to buy in exchange for a dollar amount give to seller. If the buyer chooses not to buy it will go back on MLS. Today I show you how to buy more houses by making back up offers on the MLS just in case the house goes back up for sale.
