Get every network diagram (Critical Path) question right on the PMP Exam # 11 with No White Board
In the video. Aileen reviews a network diagram (or you may say a critical path) question from her book, How to Get Every Network Diagram Question right on the PMP Exam. This is question number 11. The question assumes you have already solved question number 1. If you have not solved question number 1, go back to that video first. https://youtu.be/5aAQFdTZ-R4
This new question, has us calculate the total float of Activity C.
Aileen solves this PMP Sample Question two different ways:
1. using the critical path method. This method will require the use of a white board (or paper).
2. a more advanced way of thinking about the problem that requires no white board or paper. This is great for people taking the PMP Exam from home with online proctoring of the PMP Exam.
