Biking Tony Knowles Coastal Trail | Anchorage, Alaska

This amazing paved bike trail in Alaska goes along the coast in Anchorage. The trail has lots of wildlife and things to see along the way including moose, wild flowers, mushrooms, beaches, views of Denali (on clear days), mud flats, earthquake park, planes taking off, and lots of other things.

We started in downtown Anchorage (where we got our bike rentals) and rode to Kincaid park and back. The trail is 11 miles one way (22 miles round trip). This was definitely a fun thing to do in Anchorage.
