Wine Bar George Disney Springs is a unique restaurant with some fantastic food. If you like wine, great food and a relaxed environment you will want to watch this review to find out what it is all about. Our Disney Dining Reviews include atmosphere, value, menu and more so stay tuned.

Disney Springs has opened a lot of unique restaurants for guest to enjoy. The atmosphere at Wine Bar George is an estate style wine bar. There is a large bar on the main floor, upstairs there is another bar, a dining area and a small balcony. With their reduced accommodations right now you will want to ensure you have Disney dining reservations before you go. Some of our Disney dining reservation tips are to use the Disney App and if you can't get a reservation they have The Basket. The Basket is a quick serve window which offers some of their specialities. Next time we go I want to get the Wine Bar George Frozcato.

This leads us into the food. The food is made to order and fresh. We enjoyed sharing a variety of their small plates. The servers are amazing and will make wine pairing suggestions. I am not a wine drinker and I still loved my experience. The saganaki was my favourite, Who doesn't love a little flaming cheese? Aron really enjoyed the crispy mac and cheese bites. On the weekends a Wine Bar George brunch would be a great way to start the day. It would be nice to sit on the balcony and enjoy a relaxing meal before heading to the parks.

Our review would not be complete without mentioning the beverage selection. They offer over 140 different wines. There is also an extensive beer and cider selection, frozen drinks and cocktails. We tried the Froza and it was very refreshing after being in the Florida heat.
