Encargada por más de 10 años del Ministerio de la Condición de la Mujer (Chihuahua), y activista incansable por la igualdad de género en México, Emma Saldaña conversa con Francisco Cos-Montiel, Coordinador de investigación en UNRISD, sobre la gran deuda de justicia (de género) en su país, sobre cómo llegó a trabajar por y con comunidades de mújeres transgénero y lo que de ellas ha aprendido, sobre la vanguardista Fundación Fátima, así como de las luchas y embates que persisten en el tiempo.
