You gave me extra weight and messed up with my self-esteem; confidence; and mental health… 2020, you stole hundreds of hours of sleep from my nights, and made me anxious, made me fragile, made me overthink everything. You made me not recognize myself, made me question my worth -- and I hated you for all this." #mentalhealth
