My sister is an Addict

This was a tough video for me to make. These are the feelings I've squished down deep inside my heart but it still is a burden to me. Even though I don't focus on it every day it silently weighs me down. So I'm letting go.

This is day 4 of a 3 week series I'm doing of Letting go of things that I have held on to that are toxic to me.
