Do 100 squats with me!

So I got a request to do a video of the squats I do. So here it is. :) it was impromptu and my house is messy but I'm a mom and a real person and my house gets messy. Lol so advert your attention and eyes to me lol not my mess.

I'm not a trainer. I'm just me doing squats. Learning new things everyday. Listening to workout mixes on YouTube and working out.
