If we look at the value development for the 360, we can see that prices increases with around 7%. Yet, this increase is not fully statistically confirmed and therefore might be the results. Especially if we look at the market from a mileage perspective, it is difficult to spot a real price increase. However, auctions results from bring a trailer seem to confirm the price increase and also those show a smooth increase.
When we compare the values of the 360 to the F430 (360 vs F430), we can see that the relative price increase is exactly the same. Probably this is not a coincidence. Things are, however, different when it comes to the depreciation per 1000 miles. Results show that the sensitivity to mileage is a lot lower for the 360 than for the F430. A reason for this might be that the F430 is still a lot newer.
