30 Minute STRESS RELIEF Stretching + Mobility Workout for Women over 50 ⚡️ Pahla B Fitness
I think we could all use a little bit of STRESS RELIEF, am I right? Well, this glorious all standing STRETCHING + MOBILITY routine is exactly what you’re looking for. Designed for women over 50, but appropriate for all ages and all fitness levels, we’re taking a handful of low impact cardio exercises at a pace where we can focus on FLEXIBILITY.
This gentle effort is perfect for a moderate workout all by itself, or might serve as a warm up for a more intense workout if you choose.
We’re not getting down on the ground or holding stiff poses, but rather, we’re gliding seamlessly and dynamically through the full range of motion in all of our joints in all planes of motion.
And while we’re moving, we’re chatting about

☮️ How stretching has elements of both cardio and bodyweight strength
☮️ The ways that stretching can also stretch your mindset
