2 whole chicken - 226 pesos (700 grams and 1.04kgs @130/kilo sa supermarket)
Brine Solution: (Yield 4) - 10.05 pesos
6 clover garlic - 6 pesos
1 medium sized onion - 7 pesos
bayleaves - 2 pesos
peppercorn - 50 centavos
2 tbsp salt -60 centavos
2 liters water - 4 pesos

breading (Yield 4) - 9.18 pesos
2 cups All purpose flour - 10.56 pesos
1 cup Cornstarch - 7.2 pesos
1tsp salt - 10 centavos
1 tsp garlic powder - 20 centavos
1 tsp onion powder - 20 centavos
pepper - 10 centavos

Batter (Yield 4) 10.59 pesos
1 cup All purpose flour - 5.28 pesos
1/2 cup Cornstarch - 3.6 pesos
1/2 tsp salt - 5 centavos
1/2 tsp garlic powder - 10 centavos
1/2 tsp onion powder - 10 centavos
pepper - 5 centavos
2 eggs - 12 pesos

Oil for frying - 25 pesos (2liters @85 pesos per 1.5liters. pero syempre pwede pa natin magamit sa ibang batch ng chicken ung natirang oil)

Puhunan: 281 Pesos (2 Whole Chicken)
Puhunan /Serving: 140 Pesos
Bentahan: 270 to 300 Pesos each
Posibleng Tubuin: 259 to 319 Pesos for this batch.
