Paula is one of our stars at Peak PT. Check out how excited she is about her progress! She's moving' and grooving' after her hip replacement. Getting her hip and body feeling better and literally BEING BETTER has been essential to her. She had an awesome surgeon kudos to Dr Balkissoon and Jayne Cooper PA and Karen's helped her reduce the pain and improve her function so she can live life enjoying and contributing like she used to before the pain and limitations held her back.

Karen customized the movements weekly to Paula's needs. That can't be done off a canned Hip Replacement exercise sheet. And it doesn't look exactly like every other hip replacement patient in the clinic! It's based off real conversations where listening matters and off testing that helps us understand what your body is doing well and where it's falling short so we can devise the best ways to get you from A to B.
We're rehabbing YOU...not your diagnosis, not your MRI or X ray. You're more than just another set of words on a prescription or facts from a textbook!
