How to Make Your Ex Crave You...Again!

Texting is one of the absolute best ways to communicate with your ex, and for several reasons. For one, it’s non-intrusive… in the wake of a breakup, the last thing you want to do is prod and pry at your ex. Doing so will only push him or her further and further away from you.

Second, texting allows you time to craft the perfect text message to your ex. So what is this mystery text? Well, first I have to establish a few ground rules… because you simply just can’t send this text whenever you want and expect it to have any results. You have to psychologically prime your ex first before you can use this text message. And what I mean by this is you have to force your ex to return to “Emotional Neutral”… this is a psychological state is a key component to making your ex crave you.

Now, in order for you to successfully “re-attract” your ex back into your life, you’re going to have to make sure your ex returns to “Emotional Neutral”… that means, you need to make your ex not feel any of the negative emotions that one usually feels after a breakup. There are a number of things that you can do to make your ex return to this state… one of them being the No Contact period. What not contacting your ex does is it force him or her to eventually forget about the bad memories that he or she associates with you.

There are a number of other things you can do to help your ex return to Emotional Neutral… one of the things that I teach in my Ex Factor Guide program (an online course designed to help you get your ex back), is something called the Blank Slate Email.
