If you have accidentally removed the icon from The Dock of your iPhone but if you can't re-add the items here to the dock then let us see how to fix this issue. The first thing that you can do is you can go to this "settings" option here. Go to this option "General". Go to this option "Transfer or Reset iPhone". Select "Reset" and select this option "Reset home screen layout". After that select again "Reset home screen". Once you do it you will see the icons will be added to this Dock and once you see that one after that what you do is tap and hold the app icon here and then drag it outside and try to see if you can drag another app icon or not. After that Done. Now if this does not fix the issue what you need to do is you need to check how many applications you have installed in your iPhone. If there are lots of unwanted application installed in your iPhone then what you do is delete all those applications one by one and then try to see if you can read add the items to this dock or not. Now if you want to remove any item it's very easy just you have to tap and hold and then select Remove App and then Delete app and then delete. The last thing that you will do is you will go to "settings" again. Go to this option "screen time" and select this option "Turn off screen time". You have to enter the passcode and then select this option Turn off screen time. Now you might have put some restrictions due to which you are not able to re-add the app icons to this dock bar. So after you have removed the screen time try to check if you can read add the items to this dock bar or not.
