If you want to prevent others from deleting applications from your iPhone then what you do go to "settings". Go to this option "screen time". Select this option "Turn on screen time". Select this option "Turn on screen time". Select this option "This is my iPhone" if this is your iPhone.

Now scroll down. Select this option use screen time passcode. Now you have to enter a passcode.

Re-enter to verify.

Now here you can enter your email ID so that you can reset the passcode if you forget it. But since I will not forget I will select cancel

and then skip. So once you have set the passcode for screen time then what you do is Select this option "content & privacy restrictions". Select this option "iTunes and app store purchases". You have to enter the passcode for

deleting apps. Open it. Right now it is set to "Allow". Select this option "Don't Allow". So once you have set the option "Don't Allow" for deleting apps let's see what happens when we try to delete an application. For example if I have to delete this Facebook application I will tap and hold this app icon until it starts to shake like this one. Then I will tap on this minus icon here. Now here you can see there is only two options either "Remove from home screen" or "cancel". So there is no option to delete an application. The only thing you can do is you can remove it from the home screen. So in this way you will be able to prevent others from deleting apps from iPhone.
