Show notes: No more painting a picture with words are over. You don't need to describe a scene with a lot of detail. We don't need to fill in an entire scene. Visual catalogs, what the inside of a train will look like, by mentioning places, very accurate, detailed places will appear in your mind, don't add every item on the shelf, cut out unnecessary detail, one technique of minimalism, let the reader, viewer fill in the sound and scene on their own, what do they already know about location, what details can I leave out, lest cluttered a description, the better, find choice details, that trigger the sense of a full scene for viewer. An active detail can take the place of a long description, make your reader feel like they are there, interesting detail, action, a sense of what has been happening and mood and what is going on and what is going to happen, give up control, let the reader imagine their own scene for your story. What is interesting to you about scene, vastness of landscape, find detail that will create a sense, mood, think of over-all mood. Use the discretion to convey. think about timing. If we are in a place for a short time we won't get to know that scene very well, bring in detail over time, reader get to know the location as character does. Have your character interact with the scene, describe the location the way the main character will see it.
