Sandwich Rolls ☀️Delicious !

Ingredients:
500 ml lukewarm water
10g yeast ( instant)
722 g flour ( all purpose)
12 g salt
70 ml oil ( vegetable)
Mix dough well ,place the dough into oiled bowl, cover with clear foil and let it proof for 1 hour .
After proofing , divide the dough into equal pieces and start creating sandwich roll , keep the rolls same length if possible.
After all rolls are on parchment and placed on the baking pan , they have to proof for 40 minutes.
Brush them with water slightly and bake at 425 for 5 minutes drop temperature to 400 and bake 21 minutes , Total bake time 26 minutes .
Brush the sandwich rolls with melted butter .
