Tamales with Chicken and peas #tamales

Ingredients:
500 g Masa for tamales
2 chicken bullion’s
4 cups of water ( water has to be hot) -3 cups
mix with masa , 1 leftover cup goes into the pot for steaming tamales.Add 1 more cup of water to steam tamales.
Let this bullion cubes dissolve into 4 cups of water
1 tsp baking powder
1 cup of oil ( 250 ml) vegetable
Mix masa , vegetable oil , baking powder and 3 hot cups of water until masa is nice , not dry and does not stick to your fingers .
Corn husk has to be covered inside of the pot with hot water for 30 minutes.
Chicken breast ( cooked ) and ready for filling
Peas ( optional)
Steam Tamales until ready and very easy separate from corn husk .(40- 50 minutes ).
Enchilada sauce ( few tablespoons, mix with the chicken breast before filling).
Enjoy delicious tamales with your family.
