Super Sweaty 20 Min Full Body Tabata Workout to Burn Calories

The Full Body Tabata workout is a HIIT routine that incorporates weights. The challenging circuit will work every muscle in your body through intense bodyweight exercises using dumbbells. The full Tabata routine takes around 30–35 minutes to complete and includes a cool down.

Tabata workout can burn as much as 15 calories per minute or 400 calories in a half-hour. This makes the Tabata workout one of the fastest ways to boost your metabolism and spark your calorie burn. To test the calorie-burning potential of this type of workout, the American Council on Exercise put together their own 20 Minute Tabata Workout. In just 20 minutes, they discovered participants burned between 240–360 calories.

Talisa Embers, one of the lead researchers, recommends doing Tabata twice a week, allowing at least 48 to 72 hours of rest between sessions since you'll be working for every major muscle group during each workout.

In just one month, you should be able to see the beginnings of some stellar results from Tabata Workout. Your endurance will improve dramatically after one month or 30 days of regular HIIT workouts. You'll be able to complete the workouts with much greater ease, and the extra energy will likely carry over into your everyday life.
