豬腩片6-8片/slices of pork belly slices
中筋麵粉3/4杯/cup of all purpose flour
椰菜(捲心菜)半個/half a cabbage
青蔥10棵/stalks of green onions
日式沙律醬/Japanese mayonnaise
柴魚片/Bonito flakes
帕馬森芝士30克/grams of Parmesan Cheese
糖1/4茶匙/tsp of sugar
鹽半茶匙/half tsp of salt
黑胡椒粉半茶匙/half tsp of black pepper
雞粉/木魚粉半茶匙/half tsp of chicken powder/dashi powder
雞蛋2隻/eggs
生薑50克/grams of Japanese pickled ginger
水半杯/half cup of water
扇貝4隻/scallops
櫻花蝦10克/grams of dried shrimps (optional)
發酵粉1/4茶匙/tsp of baking powder
大阪燒醬/Okonomiyaki sauce
海苔粉/seaweed flakes
山芋粉1包/packet of yam powder (optional)
水100毫升/ml of water (optional)
