We’re getting a FULL BODY workout today with low impact cardio, cardio toning with light dumbbells *and* body-sculpting strength work. All in a fun and fast-paced MODERATE effort that’s perfect for weight loss or body shaping.

SET UP:
Interval timer is set for 20 seconds; complete the list of exercises as a “stepstool” by adding one exercise to each round before resting; complete the same stepstool for cardio, cardio toning and strength
