Challah Bread French Toast

Adding caramelized onions to a grilled cheese sandwich increases the "yum" factor. You can use whatever kind of bread you like.

Ingredient List:
* 2 T. Olive Oil
* 2 large Onions, sliced thinly
* White Cheddar Cheese, shredded (about 1/2 cup to 1 cup per sandwich)
* Butter at room temperature
