Most people wait until their 20s or at least teen years to end before they can start lifting
weights and get into bodybuilding. But not these kids. These toddlers didn’t wait until
their mid-20s to flex their muscles and show their raw strength. They started lifting
impressive weights and gaining international attention at a young age and started
breaking records made by the strongest adults. Thanks to insane training regimens or
genetic mutations, these kids are stronger than most adults will ever be. So, let us look
at the 10 strongest kids in the world that definitely took it too far.
Number 10.) Giuliano and Claudiu Stroe
These two Romanian brothers are absolute freaks. Most four-year-olds are a bunch of
goofballs and there is nothing wrong with it. But at that age, heavy lifting was being
done by Giuliano and Claudiu Stroe. Every day they lifted weights and trained with their
father for two hours. And the exercise not only resulted in abs and wider biceps than
most adults, it resulted in the elder brother Giuliano ending up in the Guinness Book of
World Records, not once but twice. He had two world records when young Giuliano was
5 years old. The first was the most air push-ups, with legs up in the air. The second
was to walk a weighted ball between the legs for the fastest 10- meters. However, the
Stroe family did not profit much from it, even with their international fame. After their
move to Italy, the father tried to make him famous through his "Little Hercules family"
advertisement, the family remained under a tough financial situation. He is selling scrap
metal and uses whatever extra money he needs to finance the training regimes of the
boys.

Number 9.) Richard Sandrak
Richard Sandrak, who was born in Ukraine, at just the age of six, was known as the
most powerful person on earth pound by pound. He was called little Hercules. He could
bench twice the weight of the body, and Sandrak benched a whopping 210 pounds
when he was eight years old. As a boy, his abusive father forced him into mad training.
He would drink Lima-beans and eat lettuce heads to become lean. He needed to take
steroids, as his training was so ridiculous that doctors believed that high testosterone
was actually not available in pre-teen bodies. Sandrak slept on the floor to maintain his
good posture, which he claims was not a nice thing. It also wasn’t until the age of 10
that Sandrak was allowed to have interactions with other kids his age. He was isolated
and deprived of a childhood. But he became a sort of a celebrity, one that starred in a
few films and was widely regarded as the strongest child in history.
Number 8.) Yang Jinlong
china ranks near the very bottom when it comes to body mass index. This means that
the average person is not very strong in China. In that region, obesity is not a major
problem. In comparison, America is close to the top of the list; for decades, the nation
has battled with a leading role when it comes to obesity. Yang Jinlong, a Chinese Anhui
seven-year-old, defies the conventional Chinese logic and standards. Everything you
think was unlikely, Yang would prove it otherwise. He is about 110 pounds, which is
almost three times the weight a seven-year-old has on average. And great strength
comes with great weight. Yang’s most famous feat is being filmed pulling an almost two-
ton van. Yang's ability, however, is not limited to towing vehicles. Carrying his 200
pounds father is another one of his famous stunts.

Number 7.) Maryana Naumova
Maryana Naumova is a committed communist, global diplomat, and one of the most
powerful girls in the world, especially when it comes to bench press. Maryana
Naumova is an ardent lifter who, at the age of 12 became the youngest in history to
bench over 154 pounds, which is really more than one and half weight of her body.
What began as a hobby, has turned into a full-fledged career. By the age of 10,
Naumova was competing around the globe, and by 12 she had dozens of world records
in weightlifting. She was also the first female under 18 to compete in the Arnold Classic.
She won a record for benching 330 pounds in 2015. She met her hero Arnold
Schwarzenegger too. it is just part of the everyday routine, to be able to bench insane
weights. She works widely in the Communistic Party of Russia and goes to schools and
orphanages in the country to encourage running and lowering of weights.
