Train like an athlete with this explosive speed and power session: full-body power, sprint mechanics, and conditioning built for real performance.
The second Citraka workout: a series inspired by balance, speed, and control.
This session pushes full-body power and precision through bounds to sprints, forward-backward bear crawls, high knee skips, single-leg bounds, flying sprint and slam ball rotational slams.
It ends with an intense core finisher.
