Crushing Leg Day Workout For Strength | Spartan Warrior SIGMA Phase IV
Steel Descent challenges you to slow down, to hold the line, and to move with intention.
Every squat, every lunge, every pull from the floor is a test of how deep your discipline runs.
In this phase, strength is forged through pressure, control, and unshakable form.
This is where your legs learn to carry the weight of your will.
This is the second workout in SIGMA Phase IV of the Spartan Warrior System.
Barbell Back Squats – depth and controlled power
Weighted Walking Lunges – stride, balance, and single-leg stability
Romanian Deadlifts – posterior chain isolation and tempo
Bulgarian Split Squats – unilateral focus and mental grit
Jump Squats – explosive tension under fatigue
Calf Raises – full range loading and contraction
Copenhagen Planks – deep core and adductor strength
Perform 5 rounds of the main circuit, followed by the 3-round finisher. Control every rep. Rest with intention.
