Council Street Wardens, Rob and Rob, find a garage broken open and filled with rubbish from professional fly tippers. It’s a common occurrence whereby rogue traders pass themselves off as licensed waste disposal companies, take a big payment to correctly dispose of said waste, then dump it wherever they can and keep the profit.

There are many reasons why waste needs to be disposed of properly. Flammable, hazardous or toxic waste can be extremely harmful and can pose an immediate or severe risk to public health.
Fly-tipping is a serious, unsightly and, unfortunately, a regular problem that infuriates the lads.
