Environmental Enforcement Officers, Wayne and Dan, are on the trail of some serial fly-tippers.

The suspects they have been tracking appear to regularly dump waste from their illegal cannabis farming operation around Cardiff’s countryside.

Bags of manure, compost, plant waste and domestic rubbish are appearing frequently and in large quantities. So just how are these two lads going to catch up with these career criminals and bring them to justice? By getting their hands dirty. That’s how.
