Testosterone Boosters Cause Low T (Warning)

I’m seeing more men come into my practice who are suffering with low T after having used “natural” testosterone boosters and/or prohormones. These include tribulus, fenugreek, DHEA, ashwagandha, tongkat ali (longjack), and yohimbe - and often a mixture of all or most of them in one product. In this video, I cover these substances and consider the reasons why they can lead to low T. Note that while the condition I’m describing is similar to Anabolic Steroid Induced Hypogonadism (ASIH), it’s to a much lesser extent after these substances vs steroids.
