Overnight Tent Camping at McDowell Park

Join us for our first camping trip of 2020. We headed to McDowell Park, a Mecklenburg County park just south of Charlotte, NC. It has both tent, RV and primitive camp sites. We stayed on a night where the temps got down in the mid 20. We built a fire, strolled around the campground, roasted marshmellows and were generally lazy.
