Exclusive Story Part II: After 31 years, Rachel Hill sat down with Reporter Elyse Chengery to talk about her sister Lori Ann Hill. Lori Ann Hill was murdered in 1985, no killer was ever found and now in 2016 Rachel talks about who she thinks killed her sister Lori.
Rachel believes James Worley killed her sister, this is her story in her own words.
James Worley is accused of the kidnapping and murder of 20-year-old University of Toledo student Sierah Joughin, his pretrial begins in March and his trial is scheduled for September of 2017.
