Thank you for joining me in my #ShleesHealthJourney Series! If you are new here, I'll give you a quick update! In the midst of the madness that was #QuarantineLife, my boyfriend and I moved further south in Colorado into a new home so that we could be closer to our business once it was able to reopen. In the midst of that big transition as well as all of the uncertainty and stress surrounding the pandemic, we both fell off of our health plan and need to get back on track. I have tried what feels like every diet, health plan, and weight loss trend imaginable including Weight Watchers (WW), NutriSystem, intermittent fasting, counting calories, YOU NAME IT! The best plan that has worked for me is the Optavia 5&1 Program because it is easy to follow and easy to keep up with in my CRAZY busy lifestyle.
