Early #Literacy, #Phonics Practice, and English #Vocabulary for Toddlers and Kindergartners

Focusing on the letter “b” and its corresponding sound, I created this #phonics/early #literacy board for my two year old with cardboard and caps from old containers of baby wipes. I chose three letter words to start off with, most of which are #CVC words (consonant, vowel, consonant). This is one of the types of words that you can begin to teach your child at the beginning of their reading journey. This board is also an excellent way to learn English vocabulary for toddlers or English language learners. I purposely wrote the letters in a large font to make sure my toddler could easily focus his eyes. When children are younger, it can be useful to write with bigger lettering.
