This diet is completely insane!
This is C bums diet 1 week before mr Olympia.he starts his day with a glass of water and he takes all his supplements like glutamine and fiber,with that shake C bum has 375 grams of egg white and 1 whole egg. All that makes up 250 calories. For his preworkout meal, he eats ground turkey with a salad and some protein oatmeal. For his third meal ,Chris eats some fish with rice and some veggies, for meal number 4 he eats some more fish with more veggies and for his last meal, he eats some ground turkey with egg whites and 2 whole eggs.In total eating only 1600 calories.
