This is the best tricep workout designed by cbum’s coach Hany Rambod to give you the greatest pump.

First up are the Cambered Bar Pressdowns for 2 sets to failure, go heavy on these but keep a good form, next up are the Seated Overhead Extensions for 2 sets agin to failure, go all the way down to get a deep stretch, now do the machine dips again for 2 sets for the long head of the triceps,make sure you go heavy and last up are the Overhead Cable Extension,keep a good form and try to get a deep stretch.
