Sausage english muffins with Todd "The DIRT Man"

Todd is showing you how to make a family holiday favorite called DIRTY Sausage English Muffins. His family makes this during the holidays and enjoy it for weeks and months later. This is a great recipe to make with your kids. This recipe is great to freeze and use later on. My kids loved it as a afternoon snack after school.

Here is the Recipe.
1 Pound of Velveeta Cheese
1 Pound of Hamburger 80/20
1 pound of Ground sausage
2 Tablespoons of Original DIRT
12 English Muffins

In a fry pan add the sausage and hamburger and cook until done. Drain the grease from the pan. Add the Todd's DIRT seasonings and mix until incorporated. In a bowl put the Velveeta cheese and put in microwave for a minute or two until cheese is melted. Add the cheese to the pan and mix until incorporated. Put the English muffins on a cookie sheet and place the mixture on top of the muffin. Preheat the oven at 350 and place the muffins in the oven for 12-15 minutes, until the English muffins are cooked. You can freeze the rest and wrap each muffin in cellophane. You are going to love it.
