DIRTY Creamed Onions with "The DIRT Man"

Today's DIRTY dish is DIRTY Creamed Onions. This is a perfect Thanksgiving side or a delicious side for any meal. You can use any seasoning you'd like for this recipe though we suggest the Original DIRT. This recipe is in the Let's Get DIRTY cookbook on page 21.

Ingredients:
3 bags of fresh pearl onions (10 ounce each)
1 1/2 cups heavy cream
4 ounces (1 stick) margarine
2 tbsp. green onions
1 cup sharp cheese (shredded)
1 tsp Todd's DIRT (to taste)
