Hello friends!
Welcome welcome, today we are attempting this Fluffy Milk Bread by the ever so popular
Cooking Tree.
I've made Milk Bread 3 times, twice in fact on this channel ( links below )
And every, single, time. I have shown my true non chef self and failed.
The dough has consistently been so sticky and impossible to work with.
Then it doesn't rise.. Then the end result is a dense, disappointing, solid carb
I had hoped to be.. Milk Bread.
BUTT today is not that day friends!
Today is the day we will make this Milk Bread and we will PROSPER!
We will eat the fluff fluff and it will be delicious!

As someone who loves cooking and baking ( but is.. amateur.. at best )
