Hello friends!
Today we are attempting this TTEOK-BOKKI recipe!
Home made rice cakes, with sausage, noodles, thick, sweet and spicy GOCHUJANG sauce..
and then smothered in a layer of mozzarella cheese!
Sounds too delicious right?!
Everything today will be made from scratch - right down to the RICE FLOUR!
How fun!
What could go wrong??
How easy will a non chef find this recipe?
Will it be as delicious as it looks?
