Residents of the Florida Panhandle are packing up and heading north as Hurricane Michael continues to strengthen. Traffic has been seen crawling along a coastal highway in Panama City Beach as locals try to leave the area. The hurricane has already left destruction in Cuba, with flooded roadways, damaged homes and towns without power.
