Bread Flour vs All Purpose Flour! Which is best for baking homemade bread? For years I've wondered if using regular app purpose flour was really any different than using bread flour made for baking bread. Well, we did it. In our semi-scientific test, we make the exact same recipe under the same conditions using two different flours, and compare.
Well, it's been a year or so, and we've learned a lot and decided to compare bread flour to AP flour again. This time, a different recipe. Will there be a difference?
