Mariela, adoptée en Belgique dès ses plus jeunes années, s'est lancée dans une grande entreprise : celle de retrouver ses parents, dont elle a été séparé par la guerre au Guatemala. Elle nous partage cette expérience dans un talk particulièrement touchant. Aged of 34, mother of two little ones, happy in her work and passioned by photography, Mariela seems to have what can bee seen as a normal life.

But Mariela has nothing to do with an other women. Adopted in 1988 in Guatemala by a Belgian couple, she discovers 35 years later that her story is linked with one of the most famous scandal of child trafficking.
