Mix
Soak For 30 Min.
Caramel Syrup:
2/3 Cup Sugar
1 Tbsp Water
Cook Until Caramelised
½ Cup Water
Cook For 2-3 Min.
Cool Down
¼ Cup Milk
¼ Cup Oil
½ Tsp Vanilla Essence
Mix
1 Cup Flour
1 Tsp Baking Powder
½ Tsp Baking Soda
½ Tsp Cardamom Powder
½ Tsp Nutmeg Powder
Sieve
Mix
Caramel Syrup
Mix Well
Soaked Fruits
Mix
6 Inch Mould
Grease Oil
Place a Baking Paper
Pour Batter
Fruits And Nuts On Top
Place a Pan With Wire Stand
Pre-Heat The Pan For 5-7 Min.
Cook For 35-40 Min. In Low Medium Heat
