The peninsula of Istria in the Adriatic is one of the world's most brilliant, hidden gems. This peninsula is so unique, owned by three countries: Croatia, Slovenia and Italy. I ate my way around the peninsula and every single meal was AWESOME. The flavours of the food, the seafood sashimi, the wine, the olive oil, tuna tartare, pasta, fish - everything was brilliant.
